Job offer: 1st Captain

Do you want to work as a 1st Captain? Then we have the perfect position for you within our fleet. The barge you will be sailing on operates in the Ara/Rhine region.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a 1st Captain for one of our inland barges. Your future barge will operate in the Ara/Rhine region and will exclusively carry out dedicated transport and loading of liquid products to processing industries, intermediate storage, or their final destination, and vice versa. As a captain, you will be familiar with the shipping area and ensure that our customers’ cargo is delivered safely and on time.

What you bring on board

Our motto is: “Liquid transport, smoothly arranged.” This is only possible with the right crew, so it’s important that a captain with passion for the profession and proven experience takes care of this. You are someone who:

• Holds ADN-B;
• A Rhine patent up to at least Mannheim;
• As a captain, you enjoy taking initiative;
• You see opportunities and get enormous energy from them;
• You are flexible and contribute ideas to ensure everything runs smoothly.
